CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Hi! We don’t accept cancellations once the order has been placed. To change your order , please get in touch at email@example.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately. Request will be accepted within 5 days.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the ‘My Account Order Tab’. If you have placed the order as a guest, your details won’t reflect in the ‘My Account’ section, but don’t worry, we will send you timely updates via email apprising you of your order status.
WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse from our factory. And hence a delay in dispatch is possible. Each individual product has a different dispatch timeline. We try our best to dispatch all the products of your order in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a Pre-order product, your whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org .
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
We have free shipping across India for all the orders above Rs. 499. The shipping fee is not refundable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 7 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.
Mode of payment
- Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products within 5 to 7 working days. But this is based on the product.
- Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order within 5 to 7 days after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.
WILL ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN THE SAME BOX?
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please contact us at email@example.com . Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
RETURNS WITHIN INDIA
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We have a no-return policy. But only if the product is defective/damaged or an incorrect order is received by you the amount will be refunded. Please read the individual product page for more details. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?
You will get the amount back in your bank account.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE?
No, we don’t have a reverse-pickup service. You will have to courier the product back to us at our studio address. And we would refund you the courier charges borne by you in the form of reward points.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or reward points.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
- Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.
- Net Banking, Wallets, UPI
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes we do, however, this is applicable only in India for selected Pincodes.
HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WORK?
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 2 ways to confirm the order:
- Our LACBYPS Helpline Team will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
- You can email us your confirmation at email@example.com with your order number.
Please note : If we don’t hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won’t be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will be block stock for it.
HOW DOES A GIFT CARD WORK?
You can send a gift card of any value to your friends and family with absolute ease. We email the gift voucher code to the recipient on your behalf along with a message.
HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?
If you have received a gift voucher, all you have to do is shop all that you love and on the checkout page, enter your gift voucher code in the discount code section. Your gift voucher will automatically adjust against your total amount.
